Donte DiVincenzo’s 2011 Racist Tweets Resurface
Bleacher Report explains that Donte DiVincenzo has deleted his Twitter account. In a 2011 tweet, Donte quotes lyrics from rapper, Meek Mill: “Ballin on these n—-s like I’m Derrick Rose.”
Like Ninja and many other famous athletes and entertainers, Donte is learning that using the N-word is unacceptable. The world was fascinated by his talented performance in the NCAA tournament but his play is being overshadowed by his use of the N-word.
Donte DiVincenzo Might Have A Future In The NBA
Despite Donte’s use of the N-word, Skip Bayless explains that he could have a future in the NBA. Bayless says that the only thing different about Donte and many of college basketball’s top NBA prospects is the fact that Donte is white.
Most of the top NBA prospects are black. Mika Bridges is one of the top 2018 NBA Draft prospects. He’s a junior and was Donte’s teammate on Villanova. While Mikal will be a lottery pick, Donte most likely wouldn’t get selected if he were to enter his name into this year’s draft.
